We are looking for a hands-on Lead Integration Engineer (f/m/d) to own and evolve the application integration layer that connects our critical business systems — including SAP, PLM, PIM, CRM, eCommerce, and more.
This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving the design, development, and reliability of our event-driven, microservice-based middleware platform built on Azure.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Design and implement scalable, event-driven integrations between internal and external systems
  • Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and code/design reviews
  • Own the integration architecture and patterns (Service Bus, Azure Functions, APIs, queues, retries, etc.)
  • Collaborate with domain experts (e.g. PLM, PIM, SAP, CRM) to understand integration requirements
  • Ensure observability, logging, and fault-tolerance are built into every flow
  • Continuously improve the robustness, maintainability, and cost-efficiency of the integration layer
  • Define and enforce best practices for versioning, testing, and deployment of integration components
Tech Stack / Tools:
  • .NET / .NET Core
  • Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid
  • REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON
  • Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD
  • SQL Server / Azure SQL
  • Experience with SAP, Centric PLM, Akeneo PIM, or Salesforce is a plus
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or application integration
  • Strong experience with event-driven and service-oriented architectures
  • Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and testable systems
  • Solid knowledge of .NET and Azure integration services
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and IT
