Become part of our IT team and support us in the role of IT Administrator (f/m/d) at our logistics center in Neu Wulmstorf — starting as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Maintain, support, and further develop the internal IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system/security policies.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees across departments.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Contribute to IT projects (e.g., system migrations, cloud integration, process automation).
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors.
What you bring:
  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or a university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • Solid experience in Windows and/or Linux server environments and in network administration.
  • Knowledge of IT security, firewalls, backups, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken) are required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when working with colleagues from various departments.
