We are looking for you to join our team in the Communication, Events & Campus Operation Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Coordinator Office Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- You will be the first point of contact and the face of the company. Your tasks include:
- A warm welcome and support for guests and colleagues
- Professional handling of phone calls
- Booking travel arrangements through our online booking portal and reserving room contingents for larger events
- Planning and supporting internal events
- Organizing small and large catering services
- Taking on small projects
- Reviewing and assigning account codes to invoices
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Correspondence with colleagues, service providers, and clients
- Organizational and administrative tasks (maintaining lists, room bookings, orders, etc.)
- Providing vacation cover for the Office Management team
What you bring:
- Experience in reception, office management, or a service-oriented role
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- A strong service mindset
- A friendly and confident demeanor
- Organizational talent, reliability, and a structured way of working
- Calmness and composure even in stressful situations
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to help wherever support is needed
