Your role in the Wolfpack:
Category Sourcing & Negotiation
- Independently lead sourcing and negotiation activities across various non-trade categories, including:
- IT systems and services
- Legal and compliance service providers
- Office services, facility management, and lease agreements
- Marketing, travel, and other professional services
- Support the Director in managing tender processes, vendor evaluations, and the negotiation and finalization of commercial agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure contracts align with internal policies and legal, financial, and risk requirements
Process Implementation & Optimization
- Contribute to the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and approval workflows
- Assist in developing and maintaining standardized templates for RFPs, contracts, and purchase orders
- Establish and maintain systems for contract documentation, archiving, and performance tracking
- Ensure adherence to procurement guidelines and proactively address any process deviations
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams engaging with external suppliers and service providers
- Advise stakeholders on procurement procedures, digital tools, and approval workflows
- Support training initiatives and foster the adoption of procurement best practices across the organization
Vendor Management & Performance Monitoring
- Oversee operational relationships with selected non-trade suppliers to ensure service delivery and compliance
- Monitor supplier performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and adherence to contractual obligations
- Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and supplier evaluations in partnership with relevant departments
- Use market intelligence and spend analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions in alignment with the Director
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in indirect (non-trade) procurement, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector
- In-depth knowledge of procurement operations, supplier management, and sourcing strategies
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing service-based contracts
- Familiarity with procurement systems and digital workflows,SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on process optimization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) additional language skills are a plus
