Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Independent management of all HR-related tasks – from onboarding to offboarding
- Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and references
- Maintenance and administration of employee master data and digital personnel files
- Advising managers and employees on HR-related topics
- Support in the preparation of payroll
- Design and execution of onboarding programs that engage and connect new employees
- Participation in HR projects, particularly in the areas of digitalization and automation
- Support in the administration of operational time tracking
- Preparation and analysis of reports and statistics to support data-driven decision-making
- Actively contributing to the employee experience and departmental productivity by optimizing internal processes and developing HR tools
What you bring:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in operational HR
- You hold a completed commercial/business qualification, ideally complemented by a personnel-specific additional qualification (e.g., Personnel Specialist Certificate)
- Basic knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and labor law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HR software (e.g., ATOSS or HANSALOG) is a plus
- Good command of German and English; comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Reliable and responsible, with a willingness to work in an open, feedback-oriented culture
- Interest in digital tools and a motivation to contribute to process improvements
