We are looking for you to join our team in the Accounting Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Junior General Ledger Accountant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Reconciliation and correction postings for UK stores
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Processing and reconciliation of residual value cards, vouchers, and loyalty points
- Review and posting of supplier return invoices from stores and franchise partners
- Monthly intercompany loan postings and communication with group entities
- Execution of weekly eCommerce payment files
- Further development of financial processes
- Communication with auditors and external partners
- Support in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Participation in cross-functional finance projects
- Accurate accounting in accordance with HGB and US-GAAP
- Clarification and maintenance of general ledger accounts
What you bring:
- Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or taxation
- At least three years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international company
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Analytical thinking and strong quality awareness
- Willingness to engage with new topics and areas
- Ability to quickly understand processes and present optimization potential
- Independent and structured working style
- High level of reliability, initiative, and commitment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
