We are looking for you to join our team in the Marketing Department in Gdynia-Poland as a Event Coordination Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Coordinating the company’s participation in industry, outdoor, and travel-related events
- Maintaining ongoing communication with event organizers
- Supporting the establishment of cooperation terms and defining the scope of the brand’s presence at events
- Ensuring proper brand presentation and the delivery of agreed sponsorship and marketing commitments
- Managing all event-related activities from the planning stage through to the completion of the event
- Coordinating logistical preparations related to the company’s participation in events
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as external partners
- Providing specifications for required marketing materials, displays, and brand identity elements
- Coordinating operational activities during events
- Preparing summaries and reporting on implemented activities
What you bring:
- Experience in event organization or project coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and event organizers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and respond effectively to changing situations
- Very good command of Polish and good command of English, both written and spoken, are required.
- An interest in the outdoor, sports, or travel industry would be an advantage
